The True Way To Get Referrals

Back when I was searching for different methods to get referrals for some of my GPT networks I came across so many different methods that just didn't give me the right amount of profit for the amount of work I put into them. That was until I found the best method - building a website.

Now when most people hear the idea of building a website the get worried. Well it is a lot easier then you would think. Below I will walk you through the steps to get a hosting account, building your website and marketing your niche.

Picking Your Niche

A niche is something that you are going to focus on to gain sign-ups. As an example I use Free Computer Parts on one of my websites. You can choose any niche that you want - this could be from free amazon gift cards to free barbie dolls. Just pick a unique one and build your website around it.


Selecting A Domain

This step involves picking a name for your website. These are usually a ".com" name. The domain of your website should include words that describe your niche. In the next step you will learn how to get your own domain.


Getting A Website Hosting Account

Before we proceed you must have a web hosting account. This will help put your website to advertise your GPT on the Internet. You will also be able to register your domain name with your web hosting account. I personally use HostGator. They have a free easy site builder, their prices are good, they have great customer support, and they have very reliable service.

Building Your New Website

Now that we have somewhere to host our new website we need to build the new website. What makes using HostGator so great is that they provide a website builder for you. Just log into your account control panel and in your left sidebar there will be a link to a free site builder. Just use that to find a nice template and install your website onto your hosting account.

Once you have your new website designed it is time to add content to it. You are going to want to add content describing what the user will gain if they sign up for your website. Another good thing to include onto the site is a section of proof that you will receive a reward, whatever it may be.


Advertise The Website

Next you must drive traffic to your website. You will need to make sure you website has SEO. Search Engine Optimization is a very large topic involving gaining page rank in Search engine results for certain keywords.

Other forms of advertising could be helping people in Yahoo Answers and posting in forums including a link to your website in your post signature.
